2.4 How do I add or remove team members to our company account on Linkby?

To add new team members:

  1. Log in to the account.

  2. Click your profile icon in the bottom left corner.

  3. Go to 'Teammates'.

  4. Under 'Add Teammate', add new members with their email addresses, specify their access level and hit 'Add Teammates'. They'll receive an email to access the account. Invites expire after 24hrs.


To remove existing team members:

  1. Navigate to 'Teammates' from your profile dashboard.

  2. Select the relevant team member, and remove them from the account. Please note you will need 'Admin' access in order to manage users.
