Before your campaign can go live, we require that you provide your credit card details. This is to ensure that your campaign can continue running without any interruptions.

To provide your credit card details, simply visit the ‘Billing’ section under your account and input your card information. You only need to do this once and your card will be securely saved for future campaigns.

Payment options

You will be billed either when your total spend has exceeded the billing threshold of $500 (or equivalent in the market's local currency, such as £500 for campaigns running in UK), or when a week has gone by since your last invoice - whichever comes first. Invoices are issued around midnight of each day and your credit card will be automatically charged when this happens.

For example, if your campaign begins on Monday and accrues $500 worth of spend by Wednesday 4pm, we'll charge your credit card on Thursday midnight for the clicks delivered over that 3-day period as it has hit the billing threshold. If the campaign then only accrues $350 worth of spend over the next 7 days (ie. another week has passed by), then the next invoice will be issued on Thursday midnight the week after.
