You can now decide which Linkby emails land in your inbox. Under Account → Notifications you'll find a Notification Preferences table where you can switch whole groups of emails on or off, or expand a group and choose individual ones. Previously, advertisers received every email Linkby sent — now the choice is yours.
Where to find it
Click Account at the bottom-left of the sidebar and choose Notifications.
How it works
Switch a whole group. Each row is a group of related emails. Use the toggle on the right to turn the group on or off.
Choose individual emails. Click the chevron beside a group to expand it, then toggle single emails.
Save your changes. Nothing applies until you click Save Changes below the table.
Notification Groups
Campaign Activity — approvals and rejections, publishers accepting, declining or leaving, story URLs published or updated, and budget delivery milestones.
Publisher Pitch Activity — direct pitches from publishers, counter-offers, acceptances, expiries, and reminders on pitches awaiting your response.
Reminders — nudges about underperforming campaigns and budget delivery.
Good to Know
Your preferences are personal to you. Changing them doesn't affect your teammates, and there's no account-wide setting.
Security and account emails are always sent. Verification, password resets, login changes and team invitations aren't in the table and can't be switched off.

The Additional emails to receive notifications on list below the table is unchanged.
