When a publisher sends your brand a pitch, you'll get an email with the key details and a link straight through to the full opportunity.
The email is the prompt, not the whole picture
It gives you enough to know whether the opportunity is worth a look — publisher, pitch name, proposed budget, CPC and timing. The full concept, targeting and deadline live on the pitch itself in your dashboard, and that's where you should actually evaluate it.
Which pitch emails you get
Publisher Pitch Activity notifications cover direct pitches, counter-offers, acceptances, expiries and reminders on pitches waiting for your response. You can control these under Account → Notifications — see How do I choose which Linkby emails I receive?
Pitches are time-limited, so if you've turned these off it's worth checking Awaiting Acceptance in your dashboard regularly.
If you'd rather not receive pitches at all
Publisher Pitches can be switched off for your company entirely in your company settings. That stops pitches reaching you, rather than just muting the emails about them.
