To see the articles where a campaign of yours has been featured, navigate to the campaigns tab, then click on the campaign in question to see the participating publishers.
You should also receive an email notification when articles go live within a particular campaign.
Readers of the participating publishers are those who click through to your URL from their articles.
If the articles has not gone live yet but a link is already provided and there's a small number of clicks coming through, these are likely the editor testing the link at the publisher's end.
