Reallocation happens in $2.5k increments (or equivalent in the market's local currency, such as £2.5k for campaigns running in UK)
Successful publishers receive reallocated budget until your total campaign budget is utilized.
To enable/disable this, go to Step 2 during campaign creation and find the Smart Budget Allocation section. It's unchecked by default, so be sure to opt-in for this feature.
